Social media community guidelines

We’re here to empower the communities of Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) and Te Tai Tokerau (Northland) with information about the COVID-19 vaccination rollout on Facebook and Instagram.

We welcome interaction with our social media pages, but to make sure that they remain a safe place we ask that people follow our community guidelines:

  • Please keep all comments and posts relevant and respectful.
  • Any harmful content will be hidden or removed. This includes misinformation (including any external links), irrelevant information, offensive language, hate speech, profanity, spam, confidential information, nudity, child abuse, or violence of any sort or illegal. If you post harmful content, you may be banned or blocked.

The Northern Regional Health Coordination Centre reserves the right to:

  • Determine what constitutes inappropriate and harmful content
  • Edit or entirely remove inappropriate content
  • Hide any content, block and report users from its social media communities without warning and with no explanation.
